West Brom's first game of the season is facing Manchester City at home.
The home side know they will be in for a tough game against the likes of Aguero and David Silva as well as Raheem Sterling. Although, West Brom Boss Tony Pulis has built a reputation on defending and will no doubt have a plan to combat the threat posed by City.
However, Man City finished second last year for a reason and have players such as Yaya Toure that got the three points for City on their own in some matches. Pellegrini will hope to ensure that he can capitalise on Chelsea and Arsenal's, failings and get the three points.
But in the Premier League, it's never that simple. Pulis' has threats of his own upfront with Berahino and the newly acquired Rickie Lambert who could upset the City centre backs.
Despite being the start of the season, both sides know points matter and that should provide a good watch.
